How to disassemble the pressure transmitter？
Disassemble the pressure transmitter:
Preparation tools: two adjustable wrenches, an explosion-proof Phillips screwdriver, white tape, insulating tape, tester.
1. Close the root valve and intake valve of the pressure transmitter, open the exhaust valve, and then wait for the tester to confirm that the combustible gas has been discharged and close the exhaust valve.
2. Confirm that the power supply of the pressure transmitter between the cabinets has been removed
3. Remove the pressure transmitter cover with a club screwdriver, loosen the signal cable, and protect the signal cable and cable label with insulating tape.
4. Unscrew the pressure pipe connector of the transmitter with a wrench, and protect the head of the pressure pipe with insulating tape.
5. Remove the pressure transmitter setting screw and then remove the transmitter from the bracket.
6. Clean the surface of the transmitter and stick the equipment label on the surface of the transmitter with white tape.
7. Send the pressure transmitter to the calibration site and leave it for more than 2 hours for verification.
