What are the main characteristics of the intelligent temperature transmitter? When using the temperature transmitter, you need to understand a lot of characteristics, so as to make better use of its characteristics in production and use.
Intelligent temperature transmitters are commonly integrated temperature transmitters, and the characteristics of their smart temperature transmitters are mainly as follows:
1. It is not susceptible to the influence of parasitic thermocouples and resistance voltage drop and temperature drift along the wire, and very cheap and thinner twisted-pair wires can be used;
2. When the output resistance of the current source is large enough, the voltage induced by the magnetic field coupling into the wire loop will not have a significant impact, because the current caused by the interference source is extremely small, and the interference can be reduced by using twisted pair wires in general;
3. Capacitive interference will cause errors related to the receiver resistance. For a 4-20mA two-wire loop, the receiver resistance is usually 250Ω (sample Uout=1~5V). This resistance is small enough not to cause significant errors;
4, each single display device or recording device can be switched between different channels with unequal wire lengths, and there is no difference in accuracy due to unequal wire lengths;
The intelligent temperature transmitter also has certain protection functions:
1. input overload protection;
2. output overcurrent limit protection;
3.long-term short-circuit protection of output current;
4.two-wire port transient induced lightning and surge current TVS suppression protection;
5.working power supply overvoltage limit protection≤35V;
6.working power reverse connection protection
