Monitoring System for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction
Burner performance monitoring and exhaust gas monitoring. The monitoring scheme is gateway + wireless temperature transmitter + wireless pressure transmitter + upper computer software. Monitoring boiler internal temperature and differential pressure data, real-time online combustion data, so as to control the air-fuel ratio, reduce the harmful gas in the process, optimize the combustion process.
Exhaust gas monitoring program is the same as burner, in the whole oil refining and processing chain, many midstream equipment must be able to monitor and report harmful gas combustion temperature and differential pressure data, report once in 15 minutes, through the gateway test data into the host system to achieve monitoring.
