Microcyber MS0210 Temperature Board Obtained the Explosion-proof Certification
On November 6, 2024, the MS0210 temperature board independently developed by Microcyber obtained the explosion-proof certification.
The temperature board adopts fieldbus technology and is a new generation of intelligent temperature module. It can be used with a variety of thermal resistance (RTD), thermocouple (TC), resistance (Ω) and voltage (mV) signal sensors, with high accuracy and wide range. The wide range is conducive to the launch of high-precision HART temperature transmitter products in the short term.
This means that Microcyber’s products have excellent performance and high stability, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries.
The temperature board has been calibrated for supported sensor types before leaving the factory. After the user correctly connects the sensor to the temperature sleeve card, it can work normally after simple configuration. Users can configure and configure through the HART configuration software provided by Microcyber. It also provides DD files that support the 475 handheld communicator format to facilitate users to configure and configure the temperature card through the 475 handheld communicator. If it is operated locally, you can also use the three buttons on the temperature set card to perform rich adjustment functions, such as configuring and configuring sensor type, wiring method, upper and lower ranges, units and other information.
